Prioritising the wellbeing of both our residents and staff is a key ethos for Beritaz Care. We understand it’s not only the physical wellbeing of our residents we are caring for, but also the emotional wellbeing. We want to ensure all residents living at our homes feel comfortable, happy and fulfilled.
We aim to create an environment in our homes where residents have the opportunity to relax, socialise, engage in activities and pursue their own hobbies. Residents have the freedom to choose their own schedules, which activities they wish to get involved in, or when they just need some quiet time to unwind. Residents get to enjoy the companionship of their fellow residents and have one-on-one time with our staff. Supporting the wellbeing of our residents is always a top priority.
It is also important to us to be mindful of the wellbeing of all our staff across Beritaz Care. Our staff members know they can always speak to management within the homes or within Beritaz Care if they are struggling, whether it’s something to do with their jobs or their personal life we are always here to listen. We like to organise events and activities that allow our staff to have some fun and bond as a team. At Beritaz Care we are a family and we support each other in any way we can.
World Wellbeing Week encourages participants worldwide to consider and discuss all aspects of wellbeing, the importance of wellbeing to us as individuals and the way in which it impacts our everyday lives.
