Investors in People is the standard for people management and its standards define just what it takes to lead, support and manage people for sustained success.  Becky Wilson, Manager of Chestnut Court Rest Home and her team  were therefore delighted when Chestnut Court was awarded the bronze standard on their first foray into Investors in People accreditation.  The delivery of high quality care is only made possible by recruiting, developing and supporting the right people.  Chestnut Court has an excellent record of supporting its staff to develop their career as Becky herself has progressed during her time there to becoming Manager in 2016.  We’re proud of Beritaz Care’s success in nurturing staff across its six homes and of Chestnut Court’s achievement in gaining the Bronze Investors in People Award
