My Name is Barbara. I have lived at Chestnut Court for 2 years now.

I was previously in a care home in Somerset, but sadly this closed down. I wanted a small and caring home close to where I was born and grew up. I have fond memories of working on the farm in Sway with my father.

My daughter supported me to find Chestnut Court and relocate back to my roots. Chestnut Court ticked all the boxes for me. I like living here, my bedroom is quiet and is very homely. The food is very good.

I enjoy arts, drawing and colouring, I am pleased I get to choose what I want to do. My 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren are close by and can visit me.
