The team at Chestnut Court paid tribute to a resident who unfortunately passed away. This resident did not have anyone to arrange  a service, so our fantastic team stepped in and arranged an order of thanks giving to pay tribute to their life. The team all worked hard and were determined that the resident had a good send off also organising to have refreshments afterwards at the home.
