We are pleased to announce that following the recent CQC inspection in Avonwood Manor, the rating has been shifted in a positive direction.

During this inspection the service demonstrated to CQC that great changes have been made within Home with improved systems and the change of management, and service is no longer rated as inadequate overall or in any of the key questions.

We have been all working hard on a positive change and everyone in the home is proud to see how the culture changed significantly.
